Depending upon skills and experience (Bilingual: Spanish/English)
$45,000 - $65,000 yearly plus commission
Cross-sell opportunities will be 10% of the agency earned commission paid quarterly

This is a service focused role, not sales-focused.

• Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing Property & Casualty insurance clients, responding to inquiries by phone, email, and in person while supporting customer retention.
• Assist customers with personal and/or commercial insurance coverage, policy changes, renewals, payments, claims, and other policy-related questions.
• Identify new business opportunities through account rounding and cross-selling while helping customers understand available insurance products and coverage options.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally while maintaining accurate policy information and delivering a positive customer experience.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Bilingual:
  Spanish/English

• Must have (3)+ years of personal lines insurance experience
• Must have active FL 2044 or 220
• Must be MS Office proficient including MS Excel
• Must have valid FL Driver's License
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Background check required
• Credit check required
• Drug screening required

$45,000-$65,000 per year
