This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Tampa, FL for a professional Interpreter. The interpreter will facilitate clear and accurate communication between parties by converting spoken words from one language to another in real time. Responsibilities include interpreting in a variety of settings, ensuring language accuracy, maintaining confidentiality, and following ethical guidelines. The interpreter will also prepare for assignments by researching key terminology and industry‑specific language as needed.

• Proficient in English and target language (Tagalog, Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, French) with excellent oral communication skills in both.
• Demonstrated ability in real‑time interpretation and cultural mediation.
• Strong listening, comprehension, and memory retention skills.
• Familiarity with industry‑specific terminology, particularly in healthcare, government, or finance.
• Professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to ethical standards in all interactions.
• Flexibility to interpret in a variety of settings and adapt to different scenarios.
• Bachelor's degree in Interpretation, Translation, Linguistics, or related field preferred.
• Certification from a recognized interpreting body (e.g., CCHI or RID) is a plus.
• Previous professional interpreting experience is highly desirable.
