Responsibilities- Oversee gathering necessary documents and evidence related to your claim and negotiating settlement offers.
- Work with the team to prepare demand letters and negotiate settlements.
- Handle all aspects of personal injury cases, including evaluation of merits, medical reviews, and settlement negotiations.
- Open new files, create litigation plans, and conduct discovery.
- Provide guidance and counsel to clients through effective communication.
- Manage a large caseload and demonstrate effective leadership.
- 5+ years of personal injury litigation attorney experience.
- Trial experience is a plus.
- Leadership skills to build and manage a legal team.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Firm understanding of Florida personal injury law.
- Ability to interact with clients during their time of need.
- Determined to achieve best results for our clients.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
