Experienced Litigation Paralegal

The Tampa office of Kubicki Draper is currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal with over 3 years of experience in insurance defense, specializing in bodily injury and premise liability cases.

We want to hear from motivated paralegals ready to take on new challenges and contribute to a dynamic legal team.

• Prior experience in insurance defense litigation, bodily injury and/or general liability, preferred
• Prior experience reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills, preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong organizational skills
• Working knowledge of Florida court procedures, preferred

• Summarize medical records, bills, and supporting documents, and create medical chronologies and bill summaries
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and counsel effectively in a team environment
• Competent in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Excel
• Must be task-oriented
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, friendly environment
