Position Overview
Established insurance defense law firm seeks experienced and entry‑level workers’ compensation defense litigation associates for its downtown Tampa office. Must have excellent writing and verbal skills. Prefer licensed member of the Florida Bar, but will consider those pending admission. Only those who have graduated law school should apply. Medical terminology background helpful, but not required.
Key Responsibilities- Engage in all phases of litigation including discovery, depositions and hearings.

- Licensed member of the Florida Bar (pending admission considered).
