Construction Litigation Attorney at Cole, Scott & Kissane
.
- Provide counseling and legal services to contractors, design professionals, developers, and individuals in disputes involving defect claims, torts, contractual issues, and other construction-related matters.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Draft and argue dispositive motions.
- Attend site inspections, hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Perform legal research and provide analysis of case law.
- Prepare pleadings and correspondence.
- Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel.
- Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of civil litigation experience, preferably in construction litigation.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
