Legal Talent Attraction Specialist at LHH Recruitment Solutions Bankruptcy Paralegal – Hybrid | Tampa, FL

A dynamic legal team is looking for a Bankruptcy Paralegal to support attorneys in managing creditor-side bankruptcy matters and related litigation. This hybrid role is based in Tampa, FL and requires in-office presence three days per week.

• Prepare and file bankruptcy documents including proofs of claim, motions for relief, and objections under Chapters 7 and 11
• Maintain organized case files and ensure timely document management
• Draft and review legal documents such as motions, briefs, and discovery responses
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Track deadlines and assist with case strategy and procedural updates
• Stay current on local bankruptcy rules and court procedures

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent legal experience
• Florida Registered Paralegal certification is a plus
• Solid understanding of bankruptcy law and federal court procedures
• Strong writing, research, and communication skills
• Proficiency with legal software and document management tools
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
