Construction Litigation Paralegal

• Manage and update client document databases; oversee document production processes
• Draft routine legal documents and assist with discovery responses
• Review and analyze documents, responses, and records from opposing counsel
• Coordinate requests among multiple parties
• Handle time entry and client billing
• Prepare for trials and depositions; attend trials when needed
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw
• Perform electronic filing in state and federal courts
• Ensure accuracy with Bluebook citation standards

• Minimum 8 years as a Paralegal with strong litigation experience (defense work or construction litigation)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
• Experience with document review platforms (Relativity, Case Map preferred)
• Familiarity with electronic document management systems (iManage a plus)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
