Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney at Feldman Legal Group in Tampa, FL. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating settlements, and specializing in Labor and Employment Law cases. You will earn a bonus based upon performance and production.

Qualifications

• Employment Law skills, or interest in the same
• Experience in providing legal advice and conducting research
• Excellent legal writing skills
• Ability to manage a case, handle the day to day of a civil litigation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• preferably federal civil experience
• 2 years civil litigation experience - employment, commercial, other
• desire to become a trial lawyer and learn and lead
• willingness to work hard and direct staff on work flow
• availability to start within 30 days from today.
• Florida Bar or Georgia Bar required
