Healthcare Transactions Associate

Our client, an Am Law 50 law firm, is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of transactional experience to join its national Health Care Practice Group. Experience should include a particular emphasis on health‑care focused clients and candidates will have knowledge of federal and state health care regulatory environments and their effect and interplay in health care transactions, as well as day‑to‑day business matters affecting health care industry clients.

The ideal candidate also will have sophisticated transactional document drafting skills, the ability to manage complex projects and matters, and a willingness to train and mentor junior associates. The firm is seeking a well‑rounded, dynamic, highly motivated associate, who has demonstrated an ability to thrive in a sophisticated practice and in a collegial environment, to assist with advancing the long‑term strategic objectives of the health care practice group.

The estimated salary range for this position is $260,000 - $350,000 (annually) and may vary depending on location, experience and other factors.

• JD from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
• Current admission to practice law in Florida
• 3-5 years of transactional experience, with a focus on health‑care focused clients
• Sophisticated transactional document drafting writing skills
