Health Care Attorney | National Law Firm with Growing Tampa Office
A nationally recognized law firm with a strong and expanding presence in Tampa is seeking an experienced Health Care Attorney to join its distinguished Health Care Practice Group. The firm represents a wide range of clients, including physician practices, telemedicine providers, health care organizations, and private equity and venture capital investors focused on health care and life sciences. Qualified candidates should have 4–6 years of health care regulatory and transactional experience (those with up to 8 years will be considered).
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of federal and state health care regulations and how they impact transactions and business operations in the health care industry. Experience drafting complex legal documents, managing sophisticated matters, and mentoring junior associates is strongly preferred. The firm is seeking a collaborative, motivated, and well-rounded attorney who thrives in a dynamic environment. Candidates should demonstrate strong academic credentials, exceptional writing and communication skills, and the ability to work directly with clients and senior partners.
Experience at an AmLaw 100 firm is preferred.
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active and in good standing with at least one state bar
- Eligibility for timely admission to the Florida Bar (required as a condition of employment)
- 4–8 years of experience in health care regulatory and transactional law
- Strong drafting, analytical, and client communication skills

The expected salary range for this position is $290,000 to $400,000
