We are excited to announce a special partnership with a well-established plaintiffs' Personal Injury Firm based in Lake Worth. On their behalf, we're searching for an Associate Attorney who is ready to elevate their career in litigation. This is an in-office position only and would require relocation to the Lake Worth area.

Position Overview

The selected Associate Attorney will be crucial in overseeing plaintiffs  civil litigation cases, from initial consultation to conclusion, either through settlement or trial. The role will manage a caseload in personal injury and property damage litigation claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage various stages of litigation cases from beginning to end.
  • Represent clients during pre-trials, trials, arbitrations, and mediations.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and draft pertinent legal documents.
  • Work closely with the firm s attorneys to craft winning strategies.
  • Continually update knowledge on personal injury law advancements.
  • Engage with clients, addressing their concerns and managing expectations.
  • Partake in business development initiatives to strengthen client and industry relations.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctorate from a recognized law school.
  • Active license to practice in Florida.
  • 2-10 years of demonstrable experience in plaintiff litigation.
  • Sharp analytical, negotiation, and research abilities.
  • Documented success in verdicts and settlements.
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Rigorous organizational and detail-oriented aptitude.
