Our client, a National plaintiffs’ firm seeks a mid level to senior Attorney motivated to help those injured as a result of corporate misconduct.

Our cases are complex, fast paced, and involve numerous defendants and substantial settlements and verdicts. Ours is a collaborative, open‑door environment where we work together to effectively advocate for our clients.

• Learn all aspects of asbestos litigation and quickly become responsible for handling cases.
• Case management responsibilities include written discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, and trial work as first chair.
• Handle trial work and travel frequently.
• Engage in significant client contact, building rapport and empathy with families during stressful times.

• J.D. from an ABA accredited institution and admission to relevant bar.
• Prior experience in plaintiffs’ civil litigation (trial, motion work, depositions, pleadings, briefs, settlement negotiations).
• Experience in plaintiffs’ asbestos law is a bonus; personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, or medical malpractice also valued.
• Excellent legal research and writing abilities.
• Ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ability to work as an individual and as part of a team on behalf of injured clients.
• Ability to work under a deadline in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to plaintiff work, while demonstrating good judgement.
