LHH is seeking a skilled Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join a high-performing legal team in Tampa. This onsite role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in commercial real estate transactions who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Experience with real estate finance is a plus.
Responsibilities- Support attorneys with all stages of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing
- Draft, review, and organize real estate contracts, closing documents, and related materials
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and transaction records
- Coordinate closings, title work, and lien searches
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties to ensure seamless transactions
- Conduct legal research on real estate and financing matters
- Assist attorneys with general administrative tasks as needed
- 6+ years of paralegal experience in commercial real estate
- Knowledge of real estate finance and lending is a plus
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively onsite in Tampa
