REQUIREMENTS
Seeking an Intellectual Property (IP) litigation associate with patent litigation experience. The ideal candidate will effectively manage day-to-day litigation tasks and independently prepare court pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and effectively communicate with other lawyers and staff. Experience taking and defending depositions is a plus. Experience in Hatch-Waxman/ANDA litigation and other forms of intellectual property litigation or prosecution is a plus.
Excellent academic credentials, demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and practical judgment are required. Candidates must be currently admitted to practice in Florida, Georgia, California, DC, New Jersey, or New York. A USPTO registration number or patent bar eligibility is strongly preferred.
