We are a growing Tampa-based collections law firm representing creditors in commercial and consumer collection matters. Our practice emphasizes efficiency, professionalism, and results-driven advocacy while maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations.

We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with approximately two years of experience to handle a portfolio of collection and creditor-rights matters. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable appearing in court, and capable of managing cases from inception through resolution.

• Manage a caseload of consumer and/or commercial collection matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements
• Appear in county and circuit court for hearings, trials, and mediations
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and pro se defendants
  
  Ensure compliance with FDCPA, FCCPA, and related regulations
• Evaluate cases for litigation strategy and settlement opportunities

• Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar
• Approximately 2 years of litigation or collections experience (creditor-side preferred)
• Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and a high-volume caseload
• Professional demeanor and strong client-service mindset

• Experience in collections, creditor rights, foreclosure, or bankruptcy-related matters
• Courtroom experience in Hillsborough County or surrounding jurisdictions
