• Advise clients on complex commercial and residential real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, joint venture agreements, and other real‑estate related contracts.
• Structure and manage real‑estate deals, including partnerships, joint ventures, and investment funds.
• Provide strategic guidance on zoning, land use, and regulatory compliance matters.
• Manage client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
• Mentor junior attorneys and oversee real‑estate related work within the firm.
• Stay current on market trends, statutes, and regulatory changes affecting real‑estate transactions.

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
• Significant experience in commercial real‑estate transactions and finance.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and client advisory skills.
• Track record of managing high‑value transactions and leading deals from start to finish.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to bring in and grow client relationships (book of business preferred).
