You’ll be part of a high-energy, fast-moving pre-suit team working to secure meaningful results for injured clients, while learning the skills that build a real legal career: negotiation, strategy, communication, and case management. From day one, you’ll work directly with experienced attorneys who want to see you win — because your growth is our growth.

• Manage a caseload of pre-suit personal injury cases with support from seasoned attorneys and legal staff.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients, helping them feel informed and empowered.
• Develop strategies for efficient resolutions and negotiate favorable settlements.
• Position cases for strong outcomes.

• A 5+ year licensed Florida attorney who’s hungry to learn and grow their career.
