Pre-Suit Personal Injury Attorney

Our firm is growing, and we are seeking a highly motivated Pre‑Suit Personal Injury Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience in personal injury law. This is a hands‑on, in‑office position with real opportunities for growth and advancement.

• A licensed Florida attorney in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of direct experience litigating personal injury cases.
• Trial experience is preferred, but not required.
• Recent law school graduates and candidates without PI litigation experience will not be considered.
• Spanish‑speaking is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Detail‑oriented, confident in court, and eager to work in a team‑focused environment.

• Manage a personal injury caseload from pre‑litigation through trial (if necessary).
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to build strong case strategies.
• Maintain organized case files and meet deadlines.

• Base Salary: $100,000 $ 150,000+ depending on experience.
