Job Description Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction through subordinate managers, ensuring the effective execution of business plans and alignment with functional and operational strategies.
- Hold accountability for the performance and results of a division or region, driving overall success and achieving key business objectives.
- Execute business plans and contribute to the development of long-term functional and operational strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Make decisions guided by the strategic priorities of functional or major operational segments, leveraging industry knowledge and commercial awareness to enhance financial performance.
- Direct the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems, applying advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Operate under the guidance of the organizational functional strategy, impacting functional, divisional, or regional results on a broad scale.
- Engage in negotiations with senior leaders across the organization to align strategic initiatives with business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
Master’s degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred. - Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, with a track record of successfully executing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Extensive knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws, with the ability to apply this knowledge strategically.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience resolving complex business challenges.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop subordinate managers and teams.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with experience engaging with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations effectively.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and metrics, with the ability to enhance organizational performance.
