We’re seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join us in Tampa FL . This role will manage ground up commercial construction projects including Quick Service Restaurants.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all phases of commercial construction from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client communication
- Lead project teams to ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery
- Review drawings, RFIs, and change orders for accuracy and efficiency
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and trade partners
Experience as a Project Manager in Quick Service Restaurant Projects
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple active projects in a fast-paced environment
