Join DeAngelis Diamond, an award‑winning construction management firm headquartered in Naples, Florida, and nationally ranked as an ENR Top 400 Company. We are seeking an outstanding Safety Manager with 5+ years of experience to help lead a culture of safety on all of our projects.

• Work under the Director of Health and Safety and partner closely with the Director of Field Operations to launch and execute successful projects.
• Conduct regular documented safety inspections, noting positive safety items and any safety infractions.
• Collaborate with onsite Superintendents to correct safety infractions and provide guidance.
• Train and monitor onsite DeAngelis Diamond employees to be leaders who focus on a safe workplace for all construction workers.
• Deliver monthly training sessions to the onsite team.
• Uphold company safety policies on assigned projects and help the workforce think proactively rather than reactively.
• Lead by example and foster a healthy safety culture while maintaining a team‑mindset approach on project sites.
• Travel may be required to assist with projects in other Florida divisions.

• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, Box, Docu Sign, Textura, and Bluebeam.
• Passionate about learning and applying new technologies, concepts, and innovative solutions.
• 5+ years of experience as a construction Safety Manager or progression through DeAngelis Diamond’s career path leading to this role.
• Minimum OSHA 30‑Hour Construction Training; OSHA 500/510 desired.
• Ability to prepare and present continuous‑improvement PowerPoint training sessions to the DeAngelis Diamond team.
• Strong personal integrity and the highest ethical standards.
• 1+ year in a collaborative, high‑energy environment.
