Rhythm link is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager in the EASTERN US to lead and develop the Eastern regionional sales team. This leader will drive strategic growth across a multi-state territory, focusing on expanding existing accounts and accelerating new business opportunities. The role involves leading, coaching and developing a team of five direct reports.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and energetic leader with a strong sales foundation, a high-performance track record and demonstrated success managing and motivating a sales team.
What You’ll Do- Lead, coach, and develop a team of five sales professionals across the East region
- Partner with the team to set sales goals, create territory plans, and implement data-driven strategies that drive growth and market penetration
- Assess territory performance and develop plans to improve performance
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including lab managers in neuro, EEG, and intraoperative monitoring, as well as hospital decision-makers
- Support new product launches and market access initiatives
- Drive new business development to expand the company’s presence in hospitals and major clinics
- Collaborate with marketing, training, and operations teams to support sales execution and customer needs
- Maintain a consistent field presence of two to three days per week, representing approximately 50-60% travel
- Proven track record of sales success
- Experience with field training or sales training responsibilities, followed by success as a leader in a regional manager role
- Strong performance in new business development, product launches, and leading a team to achieve growth
- Medical device sales experience within hospital or large clinic settings
- Bachelor’s degree
Compensation:
- Base: $120k
- Total Income: $260k at plan
