Salary

$47,800/yr + Company Vehicle (Gas, Insurance, Maintenance Included)

Through our structured, hands‑on program, you’ll immerse yourself in operations, mastering the skills to enhance financial profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction while leading teams across key operational areas such as Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service.

After completing the eight‑week training, you will transition into a supervisory role, overseeing one or more daily operations and sales functions to maximize fleet usage, revenue, customer satisfaction, and employee management. You’ll receive mentorship to develop skills and advance from Operations Manager to Area Vice President in our Fortune 500 company.

• Recent graduate with bachelor’s or associate’s degree plus at least two years of supervisory experience, or equivalent.
• Strong leadership skills, teamwork, positive attitude, and independent decision making.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Flexible to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to work outdoors in moderate weather and noise levels.
• Position requires on‑site presence; no remote work.
• Preferred:
  One year of experience delivering high‑quality customer service.
