WhatYou’ll Do
- Oversee all aspects of water resource management, including stormwater, potable water, wastewater, and watershed planning.
- Lead high-profile projects that ensure Tampa stays resilient in the face of climate change and urban growth.
- Collaborate with city leadership, engineers, and environmental agencies to develop innovative, forward-thinking water strategies.
- Manage budgets, staff, and contractors to deliver excellence on-time and on-budget.
- Proven leadership in municipal or regional water resource management.
- P.E. license.
- Ability to lead a team of engineers.
- Deep knowledge of hydrology, stormwater systems, water quality regulations, and infrastructure planning.
- A track record of solving complex problems with creativity and decisiveness.
- A communicator who can inspire teams, influence stakeholders, and champion public trust.
