• Proven leadership in municipal or regional water resource management.
• P.E. license.

• Deep knowledge of hydrology, stormwater systems, water quality regulations, and infrastructure planning.
• A track record of solving complex problems with creativity and decisiveness.
• A communicator who can inspire teams, influence stakeholders, and champion public trust.
