This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hatchery Manager, located in Tampa, FL. The Hatchery Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and manage production to meet operational goals. Key responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining high-quality production techniques, monitoring inventory, ensuring equipment maintenance, and coordinating with the supply chain to optimize efficiency. The role requires strong leadership and a commitment to maintaining a safe, sustainable, and productive working environment.

• Experience in team leadership, staff management, and personnel training
• Strong operational management skills, inventory control, and production planning
• Knowledge of hatchery practices, equipment maintenance, and safety regulations
• Problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and relevant computer software
• Ability to adapt, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Biology, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in hatchery or related industry is a plus
• Commitment to ethical practices and a passion for sustainability
