• Provide support with strategic planning, project execution, and operational oversight in a high‑stake defense environment.
• Collaborate with military, civilian, and contractor teams to ensure mission alignment and efficiency.
• Assist in directing division activities, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and performance metrics for joint operations.
• Lead cross‑functional teams in project management from initiation through closure, ensuring compliance with DoD standards and timelines.
• Provide strategic advice on policy implementation, stakeholder engagement, and process improvements to enhance command effectiveness.
• Oversee budget planning, contract management, and reporting to senior leadership.
• Have strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Foster inter‑agency collaboration and resolve complex issues in dynamic multi‑domain environments.
• Coordinate JPAG process and attendance at SSB‑JP, JP‑BOD, and ESB/Commander's Decision Round Table.
• Track and guide risk management programs such as JPAG.

• Master’s degree in Management, Project Management, or Business Analytics.
• PRINCE2 certification, Certified Scrum Master, PMI‑ACP, Certified Six Sigma Green Belt, or a CompTIA Project+ Executive Education Certificate.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, operations, or leadership roles within defense, government, intelligence, or equivalent sectors.
• Experience leading a Joint Staff at O5+ level and managing a large DoD contract for 3+ years.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
