With a growing portfolio of transformative marine infrastructure and climate resilience work, we're looking for a Principal Project Manager to lead the way.

As a Principal Project Manager in our Ports & Maritime team, you'll serve as a strategic leader, technical authority, and business development champion, while delivering complex infrastructure projects from planning through construction-ranging from local waterfront upgrades to globally significant port developments.

This role offers exposure to a world-class team of engineers, planners, and specialists across disciplines.

What You'll Do:

* Project Delivery:
Oversee scope, schedule, staffing, and budget for complex marine infrastructure and coastal resilience projects.

* Technical Authority:
Provide oversight and guidance on technical excellence, innovation, and compliance with industry standards

* Strategic Leadership:
Drive growth strategies for Jacobs' Ports & Maritime business, shaping market positioning and client engagement.

* Business Development:
Identify and pursue new opportunities, lead proposal efforts, and cultivate long-term client relationships.

* Team Development:
Mentor and develop staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.

* Client Engagement:
Serve as a trusted advisor to public and private stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Here's what you'll need

* Licensed Professional Engineer in Florida required.

* Proven experience in ports and maritime infrastructure projects.

* Strong leadership in business development and strategic growth.

* Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex project portfolios.

The base salary range for this position is $ to $. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
