The Boutique Manager leads the boutique's business performance and promotes the brand. This role oversees sales, team development, client service, and operational execution.
Responsibilities- Achieve sales budgets and diversification targets.
- Recruit, develop, retain, and coach sales associates; set and review performance goals.
- Create annual business plans and manage the boutique's P&L and controllable expenses.
- Deliver high levels of customer service and manage boutique operations and loss prevention practices.
- At least 5 years of retail management experience.
- Luxury goods affinity; watch and jewelry experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership, P&L management, clienteling, and floor management skills.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, customer service, and results-oriented skills.
- Open availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
- Expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; CRM experience required and SAP knowledge preferred.
