The Director of Residences is responsible for the overall support and management of the day to day operations of the Residences. This includes but is not limited to owner communications, HOA board administration, financial management of the budget, owner services, property management and the general care of the residences, grounds and all aspects of the property. The function of this position must be in accordance with the management agreement and must fulfill all obligations set forth in the governing HOA documents.
** Your Leadership
**** Operations
* ** Upholds all Pendry operational standards that align with the brand business strategy and execution
* Works collaboratively to put sustainable work processes and systems in place to support the execution of the residential onsite operation
* Serves as a liaison to Association shared services Directors (i.e. Housekeeping, engineering, security, human resources and accounting)
* Manages facilities and all departments working within the building/campus, including physical plant with attention to protection of the investment and plans to increase its value through superior care.
* Participation in all public space inspections with engineering and housekeeping; to ensure all commons areas and back of house areas are well maintained and preventative maintenance measures are established and implemented.
* Educates all Pendry associates on property about Pendry Residences through regular communication and training
* Champions onsite Pendry Residences recognition program
* Provides input and planning on an ongoing basis to address business needs and maintains operational service standards
** Owner Services
*** Ensures all privacy and security matters are fulfilled for the homeowner including following protocol for contractors on property and inside the residence.
* Educates owners on services provided (ie basic and ala carte such as preventative maintenance)
* Manages the onboarding of new owners and move-in process
