A Market Executive for the Energy Distribution Engineering Market is responsible for the daily direction and performance of the business unit by managing the acquisition of work, production of the team and its output relative to the client contract requirements, Sector Business Plan, and long-term needs of the organization including financial performance. The Market Executive will have proven experience in team leadership including oversight of technical business unit directors or leaders.

The individual in this role will excel in identifying, nurturing, and developing business opportunities, large team leadership development, a strong business acumen and a track record of leading and improving engineering organizations. This role involves developing and executing project/contract winning strategies and leading large business units comprising 50-500 team members.

The Market Executive will be responsible for profit and loss of the specific business unit, including all direct and non-direct overhead expenditures, measured annually with monthly progress reviews.
