• Assist in inspecting vehicles to be painted for repair.
• Assist in prepping and/or buffing defects.
• Assist in mixing paint to specific color using standard formulas or color charts.
• Assist in painting, sanding, masking, blending, polishing finish, and retouching as needed.

• Valid driver’s license & legal employment verification.
• Ability to interact with co‑workers and customers.
• Detail oriented.
• Good active listening and sound judgment.
• Good multi‑tasker.
• Ability to follow complex instructions (plus).
• Knowledge of safety precautions.

• Work with strong detergents and chemicals.
• Work outside in hot and cold weather conditions.
• Willing to wear gloves, eye and ear protection.
