Aseptic Prep Operator I (Rotating Night Shift)

Location: Tampa, FL, USA

Shift: Rotating shift – 6:00 pm to 6:00 am

Start Pay: $20.00 /hr

Objectives/

Purpose:

The job functions and responsibilities include proficient operation of sterilization equipment, line disinfection, equipment cleaning, component transfer, and proper documentation practices.

• Cleans and disinfects aseptic and nonsterile manufacturing areas.
• Transfers material, equipment, and components into the aseptic area.
• Prepares low to medium sterilization kits.
• Loads and operates autoclaves, dry heat ovens, and CIP/SIP skids.
• Assists with filter integrity testing.
• Prepares disinfecting agents for use; disassembles, cleans, and prepares filling and compounding equipment for sterilization.
• Properly document all activities and operations correctly and on time in the batch record/logbook.
• Assists with loading autoclaves/dry heat oven.
• Meets and maintains all required training during the year (SOP, EHS, and HR).
• Supports operational excellence and EHS initiatives.
• Assumes responsibility for GMP, ISO, EHS awareness and compliance within the respective area.
• Attends and participates in OpEx improvement initiatives such as reducing costs and OEE improvements.
• All other duties, as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work quickly and under pressure.
• Good documentation and math skills.
• Detail oriented and quality conscious.
• Team oriented and excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to work different shifts/weekends as needed to maintain the production schedule.
