Welder - Tampa
OverviewGeneral welding and fabrication position requiring MIG welding experience with steel fabrication. Read fabrication drawings, follow shop instructions, and work in a fast-paced production environment with emphasis on quality and safety.
Responsibilities- Perform MIG welding and structural steel fabrication tasks.
- Read fabrication drawings and follow shop instructions accurately.
- Assemble and finish structural steel components to specification.
- Maintain high standards of quality and safety; adhere to welding and fabrication safety protocols.
- Multi-task in a fast-paced production setting and manage workload efficiently.
- 5–7 years’ MIG welding and steel fabrication experience
- Ability to read fabrication drawings and follow shop instructions
- Experience with structural steel assembly and finishing
- Strong attention to quality and safety standards
- Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work with heavy steel
- MIG welding tools and fabrication machinery
- Adhere to welding and fabrication safety protocols
Compensation: $22.00–$34.00 per hour depending on experience. Full-time, Monday–Friday. Send resumes to .
