• Examine specifications of the customer’s order using drawings, work orders, or blueprints to determine characteristics of the finished item, required materials, and machine setup.
• Fabricate work pieces per work order specifications.
• Retrieve correct materials and perform various fabrication duties.
• Inspect work pieces visually, by touch, or using a tape rule, calipers, or gauges to ensure product meets desired standards.
• Package items for shipping and install protective devices to prevent damage during transport.
• Follow company safety policy and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Generally has 0–2 years of experience.

• Experience reading blueprints, work orders, or analyzing drawings.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• Spanish language proficiency.
