Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

We are seeking a hands‑on Operations Lead to oversee day‑to‑day production and operational activities within our facility. This role is ideal for a strong floor leader who can balance people leadership with execution, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are consistently met.

The Operations Lead works closely with management to drive operational efficiency while maintaining a positive, accountable team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise daily production and operational activities to meet output, quality, and safety goals.
  • Coordinate staffing, workflow, and shift coverage to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor production schedules, labor utilization, and daily KPIs.
  • Enforce safety standards, SOPs, and company policies.
  • Train, coach, and support team members; provide real‑time feedback and performance guidance.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Support inventory accuracy, material flow, and basic reporting.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and leadership teams to minimize downtime.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and waste reduction.
Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience in operations, production, manufacturing, or warehouse leadership
    .
  • Prior experience leading teams in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.
  • Strong understanding of safety, productivity, and workflow management.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and lead by example on the floor.
  • Comfortable using basic reporting tools (Excel, production dashboards, or similar).
  • Flexibility to work assigned shifts and support operational needs.
