Product Governance

Overview

The role is meant to develop/define Global LoB Strategy for Product Development in accordance with Global LoB Head and Head of Global PD, as well as develop, implement and modify new, upgraded, specific LoB/cross line products. Additionally the role must support the underwriting of Special Products, participate in Research & Development and execute the coordination and steering of projects and processes with Global Market Management and other LoBs, with a special focus on Global Product Roll-out.

Local regulatory developments will be monitored and effective management within the global matrix will be ensured. Cross LoB collaboration in delivering blended products and the development, implementation and/or modification of products (LoB specific or cross-line), standard wordings and coordination of product-specific organizational matters of LoB with PCs, Regions etc. are also key responsibilities.

• Develop and define Global LoB Strategy for Product Development.

• Support the underwriting of Special Products.
• Participate in Research & Development.
• Coordinate and steer projects and processes with Global Market Management and other LoBs, with a special focus on Global Product Roll-out.
• Ensure global knowledge sharing with regard to special products/enhancements, specific underwriting knowledge for LoB Products.

• 5+ years’ experience within Commercial P&C Product management.
• Form filing.
• Product governance.
• Product rate.
• Expert Level experience.

• Pay range: $60.00 - $75.00/hr.

This is a fully remote position.
