$23.00/yr - $27.00/yr

Overtime: $26 - $32 per hour.

Manufacturing precision metal products on CNC turning centers. Qualified to operate Twin Spindle / Twin Turret machines manufactured by Eurotech and Mori Seiki. Machining metallic and non‑metallic work pieces for the aerospace industry.

• Read and interpret process plans, and blueprints to determine necessary machining, dimensional specifications, and operating requirements.
• Utilize various types of inspection instruments to check work per print.
• Complete necessary job‑related paperwork to include part identification, inspection documents, and production log.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance: maintain proper coolant levels, filters, fan operation, and clean the machine.

• Education and experience:
  
  2 years of setup and operating twin spindle / twin turret, 2 years of precision CNC machining, experience with Fanuc controls.

• Regularly required to stand and reach throughout an 8‑hour shift.
• Occasionally required to walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or bend.
• Frequently required to perform repetitive or short‑cycle work.
• Regularly lift, push, or pull up to 10 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Strong work ethic; willing to work overtime to meet tight deadlines as needed.
• Understands and observes all necessary safety procedures: safety glasses, shoes, ear protection, machine interlocks, lifting guidelines, etc.
