Pay RateUSD 17.00 /hr - USD 23.00 /hr
Responsibilities- Responsible for complying with TPM (Total Preventative Maintenance) Program.
- Responsible for complying with CTQ (Critical to Quality) Program.
- Set up and operate assigned machine.
- Solving minor set up problems.
- Perform machining operations per specifications.
- Perform safety procedures and general daily housekeeping.
- Maintain production standards and quality.
- Regular attendance and punctuality.
- Adhere to and promote Corporate Code of Ethical Standards.
- Ensures compliance with Company IPM/QPM and ISO-9000 quality requirements.
- Lasers CNC - EDM
- CNC EDM machining centers
- Utilize measuring tools to inspect parts.
- Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment when required.
- R&D of new programming.
- Perform manual machining operations.
- Performing other tasks in the facility, as needed.
- H.S. diploma or equivalent.
- Three (3) years+ experience in machining, measuring equipment and CNC EDM set-up and program editing.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem‑solving ability.
- Ability to accurately interpret operation sheets and/or work in‑process documents.
- Math and computer technology skills as well as the ability to read and use measurement tools.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with supervisor, engineers, and co‑workers.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, and decimals.
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
