Pay: $800.00 - $1,500.00 per week

Locally owned company with over 100 years combined experience in the automotive reconditioning industry is expanding and is in need of a qualified and professional automotive paint technician.

• Traveling to dealerships for on-site cosmetic repair.
• Inspecting vehicles to be painted for repair.
• Prepping and/or buffing defects.
• Mixing paint to specific color using standard formulas or color charts.
• Painting, sanding, masking, blending and/or polishing finish and retouching as needed.

• High School diploma.
• Valid driver's license & good driving record.
• Ability to interact with co-workers and customers.
• At least two years of experience as an auto painter, prep, and/or collision repair technician.
• Detail oriented.
• Active listener and exercise sound judgment.
• Good multi-tasker.
• Ability to follow complex instructions.
• Knowledge of safety precautions.

• Must be able to work with strong detergents and chemicals.
• Time spent working outside in both hot and cold weather conditions.
• Must be willing to wear gloves and eye and ear protection.
• In exchange for your hard work and professionalism we offer a 40-hour minimum work week, Monday through Friday. Pay is highly competitive, paint leads earn up to 30% of gross bill out. Paint technicians work in teams of two and assist one another in completing jobs.
