We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Production Assistant to join our dynamic team immediately. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in our production operations by assisting with various tasks that ensure the smooth running of our production process. As a Production Assistant, you will work closely with the production team and support different phases of production, from pre‑production planning to post‑production wrap‑up.
Job: On site
Location: Tampa, FL
Pay Range: $950‑$1150 per week
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the setup and breakdown of production equipment and sets
- Help coordinate logistics for production schedules and resources
- Maintain inventory of production supplies and materials
- Provide support to crew members during rehearsals and filming
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and communication
- Assist with the organization of production meetings and take notes during discussions
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in film or related field preferred
- Previous experience in a production environment is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in basic computer software and production tools
