Shift: 3rd Shift (09:00pm-05:00am)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Carefully file, smooth, and shape ceramic cores using hand tools and precision instruments.
- Inspect cores for cracks, chips, or dimensional defects, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications.
- Perform minor repairs (patch) or touch‑ups to maintain product integrity.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety protocols.
- Document work performed and report any quality issues to supervisors and team leads.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to read, interpret and adhere to technical drawings and procedural documentation.
- Experience with fine hand‑finishing or similar precision work preferred.
- Commitment to quality and safety standards.
- Able to safely and efficiently operate machinery and tooling.

- Must comply with internal Safety and 6S Standards.
- Detail oriented.
- Complete understanding of Core Finishing processes (Level I, II, III).
- English proficiency—reading, writing, speaking and listening.

Skills:
Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work‑related documents, communicating effectively in speaking and writing, giving full attention to others, conducting tests and inspections. - Minimum Abilities:
Monitor and assess performance, quick hand coordination, precise small‑object manipulation, structured patterning, close‑range detail vision, steady hand‑arm movements.
High school education or equivalent life experience and three to six months related experience or training. Ability to learn and operate injection machines and perform wax injection functions.
LANGUAGE SKILLSRead and interpret safety rules, work instructions and procedure manuals; record information daily; speak and listen effectively; write complete sentences.
MATH SKILLSAdd and subtract two‑ and three‑digit numbers; perform simple multiplication and division.
REASONING ABILITYApply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions; deal with problems involving few concrete variables in standardized situations.
PHYSICAL DEMANDSRegularly stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop; hands used for handling objects and tools; reach with hands and arms; lift/push/pull up to 25 lb routinely, occasionally up to 50 lb. Require close vision, color discrimination, depth perception, focus to recognize defects in patterns.
WORK ENVIRONMENTWork near moving mechanical parts; moderate noise; occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles.
