• Clean and sanitize all areas of the cultivation and production facility, including floors, walls, equipment, and workstations
• Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and sanitation procedures to ensure product safety and compliance
• Safely mix, handle, and store cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Maintain cleaning logs, checklists, and other documentation for compliance records
• Dispose of waste properly and ensure designated areas remain organized and hazard-free
• Support production teams by keeping all spaces clean, safe, and efficient for daily operations
• Identify and report maintenance or sanitation issues to leadership promptly
• Adhere to all company safety, PPE, and hygiene standards

• Previous sanitation or janitorial experience required (manufacturing, food production, or similar environment preferred)
• Cannabis industry experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail and pride in cleanliness
• Dependable, team-oriented, and able to follow SOPs and safety procedures
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to work in Florida

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle cleaning equipment and chemicals
• Comfort working in production or cultivation areas with plant material and strong odors
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail for cleaning high-touch and sensitive equipment
• Flexibility to work evening or overnight shifts (4:00 PM–12:00 AM or 12:00 AM–7:00 AM)
• PPE required depending on task and department policy
