You will operate brewing systems, monitor multiple screens, and uphold safety and quality standards under the Brewing Lead. The role requires physical stamina, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to shift changes.
The Brewer will handle mash, kettle and fermentation processes, assist with QA checks, and maintain clean and compliant work areas. Weekend availability and flexibility are required.
