Position: SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

We are a content creation and social media agency located in Tampa, FL. We work with many businesses throughout Tampa such as Naked Farmer, Ford's Garage, The Edition, Cousin Vinny's, Tampa Water Limo, Melting Pot Social, Tampa Fence, Swax Lax Ball, Bubba Que's, Sweatology, & more!

OVERVIEW

We are excited to welcome a creative and motivated Social Media Manager (part-time to full-time) to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about social media, marketing, and copywriting to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced and innovative environment. As a Social Media Manager, you will work closely with our team to assist in the development and execution of engaging social media strategies.

This role focuses heavily on copywriting and client communication. This is a part‑time role with the opportunity to turn into a full‑time position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Engaging and creative caption writing
  • Leading meetings with clients daily
  • Upload content for several different clients
  • Respond to comments and DMs on social media
  • Community outreach and engagement
  • Designing graphics, images, and layouts using Canva
  • Analyzing monthly social media performance
  • Creating high‑level social media strategies tailored to different niches

Pay Structure: 42K-50K while full‑time and $20 per hour while part‑time

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1-3 years of experience with an agency and/or social media management, or copywriting.
  • A completed degree in marketing, communication, advertising, or other related concentration.
  • Passion for social media and a strong understanding of major platforms (Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram, Linked In, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to look at data and make recommendations.
  • Creative thinking and a willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Hybrid role, must be able commute to downtown Tampa.
