• Execute contractual deliverables including in-venue signage, paid media, sweepstakes, in-store activations, and digital/social campaigns.
• Manage day-to-day partnership assets and campaign trackers, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and creative approvals are met.
• Lead logistics for activations: ticketing, hospitality, VIPs, promotions, and on-site event support.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, PR, Retail, and Community teams to integrate campaigns into national brand moments.
• Track and compile performance data for recaps, KPI reporting, and ROI analysis.
• Maintain detailed calendars and process documents to ensure consistent execution across dozens of activations.
• Serve as a professional liaison with partners and vendors, escalating relationship management to the Manager as needed.
• Travel as needed (20–30%) for event execution and on-site activations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing partnerships, sponsor ships, or event execution—sports/entertainment background strongly preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; proven ability to juggle multiple campaigns.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management software (Asana, Smartsheet, etc.) a plus.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
