• Developing and implementing a content marketing strategy that aligns with overall business goals
• Managing a team of writers and editors to produce high-quality, engaging content across multiple platforms
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure that content supports overall marketing efforts
• Analyzing metrics to measure the effectiveness of content and making data-driven decisions to improve performance

• 3+ years of experience in content creation and management
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Experience with content management systems and marketing automation tools
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at once
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
