About the Role

The Marketing Architect serves as the driving force behind all marketing initiatives at Mickey Keenan, P.A. This role combines the vision of a Chief Marketing Officer with the execution of a hands‑on creator.

You’ll lead strategy and do the work — managing digital campaigns, building partnerships, telling stories, and ensuring every touchpoint reflects our mission.

You’ll also be the firm’s bridge to the Tampa community — connecting with local organizations, sponsor ships, and events that align with our values and deepen our impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute the firm’s annual marketing strategy aligned with growth and community goals.
  • Strengthen brand identity and visibility across digital and local platforms.
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with Tampa-area organizations, nonprofits, and media.
  • Manage website, SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns.
  • Analyze digital and social metrics to guide data-driven decisions.
  • Create engaging blogs, videos, and newsletters that educate and inspire.
  • Represent the firm at community events and sponsor ships.
  • Oversee vendors, budgets, and interns to deliver marketing excellence.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally within a professional services or mission-driven organization.
  • Strong familiarity with the Tampa Bay community.
  • Proficiency in social media metrics, Google Analytics, and campaign tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative, data-driven, and passionate about helping others.
