White Whale Solutions (“Whale”) is a WBE Certified Woman Owned strategic marketing and analytics agency based in Tampa, FL, serving clients across the U.S. We specialize in utilities, pharmaceuticals, and banking. We seek an Account Manager with a blend of account management, development, and creativity to grow our accounts and support our team.

Our ideal candidate has experience from strategic planning to campaign execution, managing creative teams, timelines, and client relationships. A positive personality and excellent communication skills are essential. Knowledge of analytics is helpful but not required. We prioritize account management, leadership, and revenue generation skills.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in account management or marketing
• Proven experience as an Account Coordinator or Manager
• Understanding of advertising best practices
• Experience with direct mail & print production (a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to collaborate and take initiative
• Strategic mindset and design skills (valuable)
