We want someone who thrives in the chaos of startups, can spin ideas into execution with little input, and has the battle scars (and wins) of growing social channels with real, measurable results.

• Creating bold content and brand assets that cut through the noise
• Growing and managing social channels with a focus on engagement + follower growth
• Designing visuals with Canva, Photoshop, and AI-driven tools that make us stand out
• Writing sharp, engaging copy across campaigns, PR, events, and thought leadership
• Running multi-channel campaigns (content, events, PR, partnerships)
• Owning projects end-to-end — from concept to delivery

• Startup experience (non-negotiable) — you know how to move fast and make impact
• Proven track record in social media growth (personal or company) with hard numbers to back it up
• Reactive and self-driven — able to pick up tasks with minimal direction and deliver results fast
• Strong design skills + creativity with a sharp eye for brand consistency
• Excellent copywriting and communication abilities
• Comfort working across multiple routes to market (content, events, PR, news)
• Bonus: understanding of staffing, recruitment, Space, Aerospace, or Deep Tech
